Viridis is hiring!

A new part-time Office Administrator position has been created in Viridis’ Morningside office.


This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to re-enter the workforce during school hours, 10 hours/2 days a week in our Morningside office.


This position is a diverse role providing a variety of tasks, which would suit a well-organised candidate. This is an essential role for the smooth running of the office and will require the delivery of many routine, intermittent and ad-hoc tasks.



Qualifications & experience

  • Qualifications in business, accounting or bookkeeping will be highly regarded

  • Bookkeeping will be a key task and to be suitable you must have a minimum of 5 years bookkeeping experience

  • Office administration experience

  • Proficient in the use of Xero and MS Office Suite

  • Self-reliant and comfortable working autonomously

  • Attention to detail

Tasks & responsibilities

  • General bookkeeping - accounts payable, accounts billable, expenses using Xero

  • Management of timesheets

  • Administration of the approved suppliers list and contracting

  • Office administration and housekeeping

  • Assist & support management and staff as required

  • Monitoring company email and PO box.
